I'm a Microsoft Dynamics, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio expert with over 15 years' experience. I help organizations harness AI, low-code, and ISV innovation to drive transformation. I lead the London Evening Dynamics 365 and Power Platform user group, sharing Microsoft’s latest AI messaging and best practices. I'm known for my energy, clarity, and ability to challenge thinking—thriving in diverse, fast-paced environments where I can keep learning and making an impact.

Built and documented my Copilot Studio Device Refresh Agent solution and turned it into a video which received nearly 3k impressions on LinkedIn and GitHub asset. The Device Refresh AI Assistant is a Power Platform solution designed to automate and simplify the device refresh process. Built with Power Apps, Power Automate, and a Copilot Studio, it provides an intelligent, low-code approach to managing device lifecycle tasks. Furthermore, the video asset and GitHub code been presented to MSFT Engineering teams and in User Group meetups to showcase real world agentic use case to customers and prospective clients.
As an MVP and active leader in Power Platform User Group (@d365ppug), I participated as a speaker on the session titled - Real World Agentic AI Use Case - Device Refresh AI Assistant. Sharing best practices, and collaborating with the tech community at SCIoT Bletchley.

Built and documented my Copilot Studio and ServiceNow Agent solution and turned it into a video and github asset. My asset is now deployed to the Microsoft Experience Center (aka MTC) London. Furthermore, the video asset and github code been used by Technical Consultants, Sellers both inside Microsoft and Partners to scale their engagements and showcase agent + integration capabilities to their customers and prospective clients.
Participated in the "Our Stories, Our Voices: Microsoft's Black Narratives" video series, which garnered over 20,000 views across the UK.
