📋 Biography
I am a seasoned and business-savvy professional in the role of a Microsoft Solution Architect and Technology Leader. My extensive background spans across the realms of Collaboration, Productivity, and both Low-Code and Pro-Code Development platforms within the Microsoft ecosystems. With a history of more than 20 years deeply engaged in Microsoft technologies, I've collaborated with many organisations, ranging from small and medium enterprises to large enterprises. Throughout my journey, I've been dedicated to orchestrating digital transformations by seamless integration and widespread acceptance of Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions. My responsibilities encompass the entire project lifecycle, commencing from envisioning exercises and discovery phases, leading through solution design, culminating in robust implementation, and finally, propelling user adoption through carefully crafted change management strategies.

A two-day event for IT professionals and end users, working with Microsoft technology. 17th-18th October 2025, Farnborough International Exhibition & Conference Centre South Coast Summit focuses on all key pillars of the Microsoft ecosystem: Business Applications, Modern Work, Security & Compliance, through to Microsoft Azure. South Coast Summit follows a similar structure to other IT conferences and Microsoft events such as Microsoft Ignite and Future Decoded; with sessions delivered by subject matter experts from Microsoft, Microsoft MVPs, and Microsoft Partners. expert speakers, and a large exhibition of sponsors’ associated products and services.
Host an annual Awards Evening to celebrate Microsoft contributions (nominated and voted by the community) for any individual (be that an MVP or not). We have 10 awards; covering the entire Microsoft Stack, with some 200 in-person attendees. The goal is to recognise those who make a difference. https://www.ukcommunityawards.co.uk/
This user group is for anyone interested in Microsoft technologies; we focus on all three clouds of the Microsoft platform: Business Applications, Modern Workplace and Azure. The User Group is a free to attend event, hosted at the Ageas Bowl, Southampton on the first Tuesday of each month, kicking off at 7pm. Unlike other User Groups (who typically focus on a single area); the South Coast User Group rotates its focus quarterly, covering - Biz Apps, Azure and Modern Workplace. We typically have 2-3 sessions per meetup, with each session lasting between 20-40 minutes. Anyone is welcome to submit a session - all sessions will be scheduled.
Authoring a book for https://www.packtpub.com/ on 'SharePoint Premium'. This includes a deep dive on all areas of SharePoint Premium. Scheduled release for July 2024.
