✨ High-Impact Contributions 2
As well as B2B Copilot training, I deliver B2C training sessions on Copilot and Excel through Maven. The courses focus on helping business users understand not only what Copilot can do, but how to apply it effectively, responsibly, and confidently within everyday workflows. One course focuses on practical Copilot adoption, helping users understand how to integrate AI into their day-to-day work, improve productivity, and identify valuable use cases across Microsoft 365. The other introduces learners to building their first AI agent with Microsoft Copilot, covering declarative agents, grounding, business use cases, and where Copilot Studio is required. These courses emphasise hands-on learning, real business scenarios, and responsible AI adoption rather than simply teaching prompts. The content is designed to help learners build genuine AI fluency, understand the rapidly evolving Copilot ecosystem, and confidently apply Microsoft's AI technologies to solve meaningful workplace challenges
The Global Excel Summit is one of the world's leading Excel conferences, bringing together a community of 7,000+ people online and in person, including Microsoft MVPs, Excel experts, business professionals, and technology enthusiasts to share knowledge and learn from one another. The event covers topics including Excel, Power BI, AI, Copilot, automation, financial modelling, and data analytics, while providing valuable opportunities for networking and community building. In 2025 I presented about my global Excel Ninja programme reaching 15,000+ people in 86 countries at Forvis Mazars in my role as Global Digital Skills Lead. In 2026 I was invited back as a co-host, where I help facilitate sessions, engage attendees both in person and online, and contribute to creating an inclusive environment where professionals can learn new skills, discover emerging technologies, and build meaningful connections within the global Microsoft ecosystem.
