Passionate about automation, digital transformation & building solutions that support organisations on their digitisation and optimisation journeys, while also contributing to the development of young professionals as they prepare to enter industry. Experience & interests span software development, automation, IoT, advanced analytics, data engineering & business intelligence, supported by a strong interest in how emerging technologies can be applied to solve practical business challenges. Currently completing a PhD focused on automation, with a growing focus on understanding how organisations are established, scaled & sustained, as well as how technology, governance & operational structures can contribute to long-term business resilience.
