I am the creator of Portfolio++, a Portfolio Management extension for Azure DevOps that provides Gantt-styled roadmaps, and other views of work in Azure DevOps. I am also the founder of iTrellis, a software design and development consultancy based in Seattle. With a career spanning roles from developer to business owner, I enjoy helping organizations, teams, and people simplify how they use Azure DevOps—making work visible, improving predictability, and supporting healthier team dynamics to improve performance. I speak at conferences on agile planning at scale, portfolio management, and DevOps culture, and support teams looking to level up how they plan and build technology solutions through Azure DevOps.
