📋 Biography

I manage IT services on Microsoft 365 for BIP Group, with a specific focus on Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, Engage, Intranet and meeting room AV technologies. My work is centered on enabling effective adoption at scale, translating emerging AI capabilities into concrete productivity gains through governance, use‑case design, training programs and impact measurement. I have spearheaded Copilot for Microsoft 365 adoption from ideation to rollout, supporting teams with structured adoption frameworks aligned to business goals. I try to have a holistic approach on collaboration and adoption, ensuring measurable ROI and sustainable change. I am also an AI trainer for enterprise AI adoption programs focused on the Copilot stack. Beyond technology, I am passionate about music and sociology. At the intersection of technology, art and social dynamics, I found my path in adoption work focusing not only on tools, but on how people actually change the way they work.
