I'm Adrian Sjøholt, a Microsoft Business Applications enthusiast, Solution Architect, speaker, blogger, and community organizer from Norway. Professionally, I work with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot, and AI-driven customer engagement solutions. What I enjoy most is bridging the gap between technology and business value. I'm fascinated by how AI is changing the way organizations work, particularly within customer service, CRM, and business applications.
