📋 Biography
I am a seasoned IT professional with over two decades of experience in Modern Workplace and identity solutions, currently a Senior Consultant at Exponential-e. My work centers on Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra, and Microsoft 365: designing and troubleshooting real-world device management, Conditional Access, and Copilot governance implementations for clients. I built deep expertise in Unified Communication, with recognized contributions across Microsoft Teams, Office 365, Skype for Business, Lync, and Active Directory, work that earned me multiple Microsoft MVP awards between 2011 and 2017. I am the author of technical books and articles, and a regular speaker at Microsoft community conferences across Europe. I am also one of the organizers of BeConnected Day, one of Italy's leading community conferences on Microsoft 365 and modern collaboration, where I help shape content for a wide audience of IT professionals and foster connections within the Microsoft community.
