Starting as a developer, Dag has worn nearly every hat…functional consultant, solution architect, scrum master, and Director…both as an end-user and as a Microsoft Partner. Today he leads MCA Connect's AI adoption team, translating the potential of autonomous agents, Copilot Studio, and the Microsoft Cloud into measurable outcomes on the shop floor and in the supply chain.
