For the Microsoft SharePoint Hackathon 2025, I developed a modern intranet solution using SharePoint Framework (SPFx) with a focus on promoting environmental health and awareness. The solution leveraged custom SPFx components to deliver an engaging and informative experience for users, highlighting how SharePoint can support meaningful internal initiatives. I later presented this project during a Microsoft 365 Community Call to demonstrate how SPFx can be used to build scalable, impactful intranet solutions. The session showcased real-world use of modern web technologies within SharePoint and aimed to inspire developers to explore the full potential of SPFx in solving business challenges creatively and effectively.
I published a full-length YouTube tutorial that walks through building a desktop-friendly Room Booking App using Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint. The app includes key features like room booking, rescheduling, admin and user roles, and real-time availability. The video also covers UX design tips, delegation handling, error management, and performance optimization. A complete GitHub solution is provided for developers to download and customize.
This beginner-friendly YouTube tutorial walks through creating a chat-style system in Power Apps using gallery controls, ideal for IT helpdesk and internal support scenarios. It includes SharePoint integration for tracking tickets and storing conversations, along with a downloadable Power Automate flow and app package from GitHub. The solution helps users and support teams communicate seamlessly within a low-code app.
