Dave is a Microsoft MVP and VP of Workforce AI at Takeda, a top 10 global pharmaceutical company. With over 30 years of experience in Microsoft technologies, he leads the platforms that shape how 50,000 employees work — from myTakeda, Takeda's global SharePoint intranet, to myAibou, an enterprise agentic AI platform built on Azure and the OpenAI Responses API, to Copilot and Cowork adoption programs across a regulated global enterprise. Dave collaborates closely with Microsoft across Copilot for Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and enterprise AI at scale, and speaks at global events including Microsoft Ignite, where he joined the CVP of Microsoft Foundry for a featured session on enterprise AI. He is the author of Developing Business Intelligence Apps for SharePoint (O'Reilly Press) and is passionate about building AI systems that multiply the talent in the room.
