Mark Michaelis (itl.tc/Mark) is an authority in Microsoft development technologies and the founder and Chief Technical Architect (CTA) of IntelliTect, a high-end software development company in Spokane, Washington. Recognized by Microsoft as a Regional Director since 2007 and also a distinguished Microsoft MVP for C# for more than twenty-five years, he is an adjunct professor at Eastern Washington University, founder of the Spokane .NET Users Group, and sponsor of the three Spokane Tech Meetups. With a keen ability to understand an organization’s pain points and strategic goals, he specializes in designing solutions that balance cost and efficiency. Most importantly, Mark provides leadership, instills vision, ensures confidence, and insists on excellence in every project. Mark is also a regular speaker at developer conferences around the world and author of numerous articles and books, including seventh edition of the Essential C# book (available free at https://EssentialCSharp.com).
