She has created and shared more than 1,000 productivity tips and trained thousands of administrative professionals, engineers, executives, legal professionals and others on Microsoft 365, AI and workplace productivity. Through her partnership with Microsoft product teams, Lori has had the opportunity to advocate for real-world user and delegate workflows, identify product gaps and influence improvements in New Outlook development that benefit both administrative professionals and everyday users.
