📋 Biography
In my career I had the chance to work with CRM systems from 3 biggest CRM providers. Since the beginning my favorite job was to try understand the business need and help to use proper IT tool to solve the problem. I've started as a Junior CRM Specialist and after that was working as a CRM Team Manager, Senior Consultant and recently as a Tach Evangelist. Working with Microsoft technology (Dynamics 365, Power Platforms and Copilot Studio) is a great experience. Currently my main area is to get the most from CRM thanks to AI support. So I'm not trying simply build AI Agents. I try to check where can they help the most. Because I like also to share the knowledge I started a Power Platform Community in my region: Lower Silesian Power Platform Community. It is a place that everyone can learn new things in Power Platform, Dynamics 365 or Copilot Studio area.
