I am a Senior Technical Lead specialising in Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform, with more than 15 years of experience. After starting my career as a .NET developer, I evolved into designing and delivering solutions built on Microsoft 365, SPO, and Power Platform. In recent years, I have focused on helping organisations adopt AI responsibly through Copilot and intelligent agents. My work spans solution architecture, governance, automation, adoption, and enablement, helping businesses improve processes and productivity through low-code and AI-driven solutions. Beyond my daily work, I am passionate about sharing knowledge through articles, workshops, conferences, community events, mentoring, and training. I enjoy turning complex concepts into practical scenarios that help others learn, innovate, and gain confidence in emerging technologies.
