📋 Biography

I enjoy taking things that are complicated, messy or stuck and turning them into something that works. For the last decade I've worked across the Microsoft ecosystem helping people, communities and organisations get more value from technology. My interest has never been the technology alone, but what people can achieve with it. I sit somewhere between community builder, operator and problem solver. I run programmes, events and content initiatives, build processes, connect people who should know each other, and look for ways to reduce friction in how work gets done. Along the way I've built workflows, community programmes and operational systems, always with the same goal: making work simpler and more effective. Outside of work, I co-run the Microsoft Copilot & Cloud User Group, write at Lyndsay.blog, and regularly share lessons learned through community events and conversations. I help people spend less time fighting systems, and more time doing things that matter.
