📋 Biography

I have worked with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations since 2016, starting as a Finance specialist on AX 2012 R3. Since then, I have followed the product through its full evolution into the mature ERP it is today. I have supported and led implementations for customers in manufacturing, distribution, retail, and services. The journey never stops: new features, industry practices, and real business constraints keep changing how F&O is used and which enhancements apply. It is my pleasure to share this experience through my blog and in the Microsoft Community. What makes the difference is not just technical knowledge. It is the ability to listen to the business, manage risk, priorities, and transitions, and evolve the application over the long term. Wanting to understand how the application fits in a real-life company made me change hats from consultant to internal Finance Manager.
