As an IT trainer and Microsoft Office Specialist Master (MOS), I primarily work in Windows with Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word. I also have experience with Visio and programs such as IBM Notes and iManage WorkSite, as well as with XML and VBA. I have been offering IT training and taking on freelance project assignments (e.g., creating templates) for companies in various industries as well as for public institutions since 1992. Due to my activity in Microsoft newsgroups and forums since 2000, I was recognized annually as a Microsoft MVP from 2003 to 2026, primarily for Word.
