Andy Kemp is a Microsoft 365 Security and Identity Architect, Microsoft Certified Trainer, speaker and author of The Privileged Path. Based in Edinburgh, he founded Andy Kemp Consulting to provide hands-on delivery, architecture and strategic guidance across Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra. With over 25 years in IT, including consulting and programme management roles at Microsoft, Andy helps organisations strengthen identity and access, apply Zero Trust principles and navigate complex tenant migrations. His experience spans healthcare, public services and financial services, including large-scale migrations, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Andy combines practical delivery experience with training, speaking and writing to help others understand identity and security and put that knowledge into practice.
