Ulrika Hedlund is the founder and CEO of Storyals, a global AI training company helping organizations build the skills, confidence, and mindset needed to succeed with Microsoft 365 Copilot, AI agents, and AI-powered ways of working. A recognized thought leader, international speaker, and educator, Ulrika specializes in AI adoption, digital workplace transformation, and the future of work. Through Storyals' unique blend of story-based learning and practical guidance, she has helped organizations worldwide turn technological change into measurable business value. Ulrika holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Electrical Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm and an Executive MBA from London Business School. Before founding Storyals, she spent more than a decade at Microsoft, working across Europe and the Middle East to help organizations leverage technology for productivity and transformation.
