As Microsoft Alliance Lead at Signpost Group and founder of Rebels in Peace, I work at the intersection of people, technology and business, helping organisations move from AI ambition to adoption and measurable outcomes. I combine Microsoft expertise with change management, process improvement, focusing on Microsoft Elevate and Higher Education. I am a Microsoft Adoption Service Specialist, Prosci Certified Change Practitioner and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt for Services. My work focuses on M365, Microsoft Copilot, AI adoption, Modern Work and organisational change, always connecting technology to the people and processes that make transformation stick.
