📋 Biography
Quality Engineering leader with 20 years across Banking, Retail, and E-commerce, working where technical strategy meets hands-on delivery. My focus is merging AI/ML with human-centric processes to achieve human and machine harmony in how teams build and test software. I am the author of Scalable Test Automation with Playwright, and I build open tooling for quality engineering. My VS Code extension, the Reqnroll/SpecFlow Steps Definition Generator, has passed 21,000 installs and generates step definitions using a local LLM, so no code or data ever leaves the developer's machine. I also build MCP servers and CLIs for API, accessibility, and performance testing, and was a runner-up in the GitHub Copilot CLI Challenge. I write on LinkedIn and on my Substack, Democratize Quality, and speak at QA and DevOps conferences locally and internationally. Everything I learn and build, I share.
