📋 Biography
My name is Jeroen Scheper, living in the North East of the Netherlands. Almost 20 years ago my "Dynamics journey" started as a X++ developer for a company developing software for the Social Housing industry in the Netherlands. After this I joined a global testing company and this is where my CRM journey started early 2015. I bought the "CRM Bible" as a first step, that was a 500 page book about the Configurations and Custimizations as well as the business applications Sales, Service, and Marketing. Focussing a lot on certifications to gain knowledge and confidence. I also learned a lot by attending user groups, summits, conferences. I really like these and connect with people all over the world sharing the same passion for technology. The last couple of years, I transformed from a person who consumes a lot of knowledge, into person that shares a lot more information and I really enjoy doing this.
