Troy has extensive experience in application and enterprise system development since the early to mid-2010s, serving as a lead developer and architect for both small companies and large enterprises spanning multiple industries. Since becoming involved with the Microsoft technology stack in the mid-2000s, starting with Active Directory and Exchange Server, he has continued to pursue continuous learning and advancement in technology solutions to solve business problems, growing from Server technology through .NET and mobile software development to cloud-first solutions. Troy has a history of taking a security-first approach to exploring problems and envisioning enterprise solutions that ensure trust and verification at every step of the business solution. In his spare time, Troy likes to work on open-source and closed-source projects and enjoys playing video games with groups of friends that have been together for over 18 years.
