Jonas Feddersen Melgaard is a seasoned Axapta, Dynamics AX, D365 F&O Developer and Solution Architect with over 13 years of experience. He is responsible for modernizing sustainable financing using Dynamics, the Power Platform, and community building, always with a touch of Danish grumpiness and sarcasm!

I helped lead the first DynamicsCon Regional in Europe, together with the DynamicsCon team and 5 other amazing community members. Together we ran a successful event, with over 250 participant (We had over 70 members on the waiting list). Additionally, I presented on NIB's Power Platform journey, and co-presented on how to secure D365 Finance using Azure Sentinel and other Azure technologies
I serve as a Super User and moderator for the Dynamics 365 Community Forums for 2025 Season 1 and 2025 Season 2. Through these activities, I help users troubleshoot issues, adopt best practices, and gain confidence in using Microsoft technologies. I have been part of the Dynamics 365 Community Spotlight in April 2025, for my impact on the community.
I created the D365 Finance Toolbox, an open-source project inspired by Alex Meyer’s D365 FO Admin Toolkit, to provide a collection of extensions, enhancements, and practical “nice-to-have” features for Dynamics 365 Finance workloads. The toolbox focuses on functional scenarios, such as sustainability reporting aligned with EU Taxonomy regulations, while also including technical utilities like JIT role assignments to support IT audit processes. By sharing this project openly, I aim to help the community adopt practical, real-world solutions in D365 Finance, while encouraging collaboration and continuous learning within the ecosystem.
