I’m the CTO of K2 Next, with over two decades of experience in the IT industry. My journey began with C# development, evolved through SharePoint solutions, and today I specialize in AI, Copilot Studio, and the Power Platform. As an Enterprise Architect, I’ve helped numerous organizations embrace cloud computing and build scalable enterprise applications using low-code technologies. My focus is on driving digital transformation through intelligent automation and modern architectures. During the second day of the summit, I provided support for questions posted in the chat regarding the development of Agents with Copilot Studio.
The automation of the future speaks natural language. In this session, we will explore how Copilot Studio, integrated with the MCP protocol, is revolutionizing the way we build low-code solutions. We will discover how to create intelligent AI agents capable of understanding context and transforming complex data into concrete actions. A new paradigm that combines semantic access to data, conversational artificial intelligence, and advanced automation.
“One Ring to rule them all...”: Inspired by Tolkien's universe, we will explore how to orchestrate a multitude of intelligent agents in Copilot Studio to automate complex business processes. Starting from a real-world case study, we will analyze a modular and scalable multi-agent architecture, in which each agent specializes in specific tasks, from database queries to automatic ticket generation, reducing dependence on email and repetitive interfaces. We will discover how to design cohesive but independent agents, integrating them with Power Platform and Microsoft 365 via connectors and HTTP endpoints to interact with environments such as Teams and SharePoint. By the end of the session, you will have a clear vision of how to model business processes into reliable subtasks, efficiently orchestrated via Copilot Studio, to reduce errors and simplify operational complexity.
