Vivek Raja P S is the VP of Product and a founding member at Nexstem, a deep-tech neurotechnology startup building next-generation brain-computer interface systems, recognized by YourStory Tech30 and NASSCOM DeepTech. He has authored peer-reviewed AI research papers and holds two patents in intelligent systems and AI-assisted applications. With expertise in AI/ML, MLOps, Generative AI, and AI Agents, he has mentored startups and scaled production-ready systems. A frequent speaker and mentor, Vivek contributes to developer communities across India, including the Azure Developer Community in Chennai and Bengaluru, impacting 10,000+ learners. Winner of the Microsoft Odyssey Challenge at the Microsoft AI Tour in 2024 and 2025, he was photographed twice with Satya Nadella. He also holds a Guinness World Record, has won 20+ hackathons, and has spoken, hosted, and volunteered at 400+ tech community events and conferences worldwide, including Oxford University.
