📋 Biography

I’m a senior IT systems and platform engineer with a focus on endpoint management, identity, and automation at scale. My day-to-day work centers around designing and maintaining reliable, secure endpoint platforms across Windows and macOS using Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, MECM, and the Microsoft Graph API. I’m passionate about reducing operational toil through automation and building tools that make complex systems easier to understand and manage. I actively create and maintain open-source projects, scripts, and utilities that help administrators streamline tenant configuration, device lifecycle management, reporting, and troubleshooting. Outside of my professional role, I contribute to the broader Microsoft technical community by sharing practical knowledge through blog posts, documentation, diagrams, and code, with a strong emphasis on real-world lessons learned. I enjoy mentoring other engineers, learning in public, and collaborating with product teams.
