[PMI] How to successfully incorporate innovations & into projects in the age of digital transform.?

Half-Day Pre-Conference Workshop Innovating projects in the era of digital transformation means not just embracing new technology, but changing your mindset — turning every challenge into an opportunity to redefine what’s possible. As project managers, you have the power to foster a culture where innovation is not a risk to be avoided, but an imperative imposed on teams. Only then will innovation organically fit in and deliver real value. On the other hand, digital transformation is a marathon, not a sprint — continuous adaptation, learning, and collaboration are key to ensuring that innovation doesn’t just remain an idea, but translates into measurable results. We will also demonstrate how to use Microsoft 365 tools effectively: Teams, M365 CoPilot, and Copilot Studio.

[AI2Future] Tricks, Treats, and Transitions: How Leaders and Employees Perceive AI

AI Assistants/CoPilots offer "treats" to workers – automating repetitive tasks, extracting insights, and increasing individual productivity - while at the same time facing the "tricks" that AI performs, such as bias, hallucinations, and trust issues. However, a key difference in perception has emerged: workers are actively experimenting with AI, while many leaders are lagging in strategic adoption, underestimating its potential and failing to scale pilots into meaningful changes within the company. Join us in discussing what it takes for leadership to move from cautious observers to fluent practitioners—aligning AI application with business goals, investing in skills, and establishing effective governance. All to enable the "transition" that will bridge this gap and fully unleash the potential of the entire organization!

[NewtworkConference] How and when will AI replace developers?

The process of replacing developers' work has already begun. Still, some key questions are emerging: where are we now, how fast will this continue, and will the entire development eventually be done by AI? What does software development consist of? Which parts are more likely to be done by AI, and which parts will still be intensely dependent on humans? What levels of AI automation can we expect for which types of applications? Which skills in the development process will AI replace, and which will become even more important for humans? Is the future of development in a conversation between humans and AI that results in enterprise-grade code? We will explore how well today's tools assist developers in developing part or all of a software solution, what to expect in the next decade, and what future developers will look like.

Why should you consider using Generative AI to create multimedia content?

We are exposed to a vast amount of content daily, most of which is of low quality. Producing high-quality, relevant content that captures the audience's attention requires significant effort, and even more is needed to achieve the "wow effect." Instead of solely relying on traditional methods, why not explore the use of web services that utilize Generative AI to create content? What if these services could generate content directly from their applications without requiring users to input prompts? This presentation will explore various use cases for programmatically creating multimedia content using Generative Artificial Intelligence. https://app.ntk.si/session/139
