I am a finance professional with over two decades of experience across corporate finance, equity research, consulting, and training. Currently, I am an Executive Director at Profectus Knowledge Solutions, a boutique consulting firm that focuses on preparing financial modeling and data analytics services and training. In my last role as CFO of Decision Point Private Limited, I transformed the financial process, prepared the company for sale, completed an overseas acquisition, and aided the acquisition of the company. I qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2005, got FRM certified in 2007, and earned the CFA designation in 2011.
