I mentored in the Peer Group Mentoring session at KubeCon India, where I helped attendees and participants on technical topics like cloud, Kubernetes, and handling open source vs enterprise requirements. I also shared my own experiences to support their growth.
The talk was at KubeCon India 2025. It was about how Docker and WebAssembly are not competing technologies, and both are complementing their strengths and how Docker is making the adoption better by running WebAssembly containers side by side like Linux containers. The talk helped attendees understand the importance, use cases and real-world scenarios of WebAssembly, and how the workflow and learning curve will be reduced with Docker integration with the existing Docker flow.

The talk was presented at SOSS Community Day, KubeCon, India 2024. I talked about the importance of shifting security testing left in the development flow by automating image vulnerability scanning in CI/CD pipelines to identify vulnerabilities early, as container images are not secure by default. I also discussed how the Salsa framework can help maintain integrity across the software supply chain. The talk helped attendees understand the benefits of catching vulnerabilities early. They learn about the Salsa Model and Docker Scout through demonstrations. They have also learned how to fix vulnerabilities easily.
