I authored and shared an ebook on Ransomware Incident Response (IR) Playbooks to help organizations strengthen preparedness against one of the most disruptive and costly threats today. Too often, companies scramble when ransomware strikes—losing time, money, and data. My ebook emphasizes that a tested IR playbook is no longer optional; it’s a safeguard every business must adopt. Built on Microsoft’s framework aligned with NIST guidelines, the playbook outlines four phases: Preparation (roles, training, secured endpoints, air-gapped backups), Detection & Analysis (monitoring vectors like malicious links or USBs, escalating by severity), Containment, Eradication & Recovery (isolating systems, removing malware, restoring from immutable backups), and Post-Incident Response (root cause analysis, closing gaps, strengthening controls). Key defenses include enforcing MFA, privileged access management, immutable backups, and refreshing playbooks semi-annually.

To mark Microsoft’s 50th anniversary, Master Learning Hub - the only Microsoft-authorized AI Training Partner in Vietnam - is collaborating with Microsoft Learn to host AI Fridays, a free online webinar series every Friday evening (7:30-9:30 PM) from 18-Apr-25 to 30-May-25. As a speaker, event moderator, and community contributor, I actively support AI Fridays by: - Sharing real-world applications of Microsoft AI tools like 365 Copilot and AI Agents - Delivering content that helps learners apply technology in practical, scalable ways - Empowering the local tech community with accessible training and open Q&A sessions - Building momentum for continuous learning through ongoing community engagement

At the Cafe Copilot offline event, I had the incredible opportunity to empower diverse audiences with the latest Microsoft technology, making automation more accessible for personal and business work. I co-presented with Mr. Son, CTO of Prudential Vietnam, and Ms. Tram, General Manager of Microsoft Vietnam, showcasing breakthrough tools that simplify everyday tasks-from streamlining emails to automating complex workflows. Our session provided real-life examples of how these innovative solutions improve productivity and efficiency. We engaged directly with 10 influential KOLs and 17 seasoned journalists to ensure diverse perspectives were included and shared. In collaboration with top device companies like Acer, ASUS, Dell, HP, and Lenovo, this event bridged the gap between advanced technology and practical application, creating an engaging and supportive atmosphere designed to spark creative solutions.

Expertise, Presence & Leadership: As lead speaker and technical expert for the Microsoft 365 Copilot session at the Leading the Era of AI Summit Vietnam, I showcased deep AI expertise, translating complex features into tangible business value. I contributed to event planning by sharing segmentation insights and registration metrics with Microsoft leaders, reinforcing my leadership and commitment. Collaboration & Enablement: I fostered cross-team collaboration across ASEAN SMC and EC Vietnam, co-developing the session agenda with colleagues to address customer needs in Modern Work and Security Copilot. I refined demo content, supported knowledge sharing, and ensured team readiness, earning internal recognition. Customer & Ecosystem Impact – Influence & Value: By demonstrating real-world AI applications, I drove AI adoption in Vietnam. The event surpassed its registration target (115%), attracting various audience segments.
