My passion lies in change management and document management – not just the tech, but how we actually get people to adopt it. I work closely with leadership teams to align tools, roles and routines with strategy and culture. Whether it's building governance frameworks, supporting digital leaders, or helping a whole organization move forward, I love turning complexity into something understandable and actionable.
